At Salumificio Perla Verde, every product is born from a production process carefully monitored at every stage. From meat selection to processing and curing, every step is handled with care and respect for artisanal traditions.

Quality is a daily commitment: we pay particular attention to hygiene, food safety, and traceability, operating in compliance with current regulations and existing certifications. Our goal is to offer authentic, safe, and consistently high-quality products.

Next to the cured meats factory, Perla Verde has a grocery store open to the public, where you can find our artisan cured meats and a selection of other products chosen with the same attention to quality.

The shop represents a meeting point between production and the local area: a space where customers can learn about our products, receive advice, and rediscover the value of carefully selected products.

Every day we put our long-standing experience to good use, offering genuine products and attentive service in a simple, welcoming environment.

Opening hours

We are open from Monday to Saturday
9:00 – 12:30 | 15:00 – 19:00

During the months of August and December we are also open on Sunday mornings.

On other holidays, opening hours are subject to announcements regarding visits and tastings.

For guided tours and tastings, reservations by email or telephone are appreciated.
